We collect essential information required for project estimation and execution, including company names, project blueprints (DXF/DWG files), and contact details. This information is used exclusively for fulfilling your fabrication orders.
Your designs are your property. We maintain a strict internal protocol to ensure that your proprietary CAD drawings and project specifications are never shared with third parties or competitors.
We archive project files for a standard period of 24 months to facilitate re-ordering, after which sensitive design data is securely purged from our local servers.
All quotes are based on the material weight, cutting time, and complexity of the design. Quotes remain valid for 7 days due to the daily fluctuation of metal prices in the market.
Clients providing their own material must ensure sheets are flat and free from heavy rust. We are not responsible for laser nozzle damage or poor finish caused by sub-standard client-supplied materials.
Standard cutting tolerance is +/- 0.2mm. Any specific high-precision requirements must be highlighted in the purchase order and confirmed by our technical team.
A 50% advance payment is required for all new fabrication projects. The balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or at the time of pick-up from our facility.
Orders can only be cancelled before the laser cutting process begins. Once the "Start" command is executed on the CNC machine, the client is liable for the full cost of the material used.
If the finished product does not match the approved CAD drawings within the agreed tolerance levels, we will offer a free rework or replacement. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-fabricated parts made to client-specific blueprints are non-refundable. Scrap material generated during the process is handled as per the original service agreement.
Approved refunds for cancelled services (pre-production) will be processed via original payment methods within 7-10 working days.
